14 days passed and the cooling is mind blowing. With a bedroom of approx 140 sqft, cooling happens in just 7 to 10 mins on 60% of capacity. Offers a lot of options to operate and has proven fantastic so far. Not just good but a great choice. Would update the post after few months on stability and reliability. Happy buying..! Continued.. 6 months passed..1st service done.. and it gives me the same cooling which i got while we installed it. Terrific product. No huge spikes in electricity bills too. Hardly a difference of 600 to 700 using it for almost 12 hours a day on 24°.. Absolutely awesome

I already had solar power unit at my home, so, i was looking for an ac that functioned as advertised, but i really must say, being 4 star the ac power savings are really good, the exterior unit is silent, the interior unit is sleek and modern, it would fit well with any room. The cooling is really good and fast. So far so good.

I am a loyal LG Customer and never faced any problem with their product. Their customer service has also been excellent throughout all these years. But this is the first time that I have faced an issue of manufacturing defect with LG AC. The AC was installed by the rookie technicians who did not check any leakage in the AC, perhaps assuming the brand reputation. Later, when I switched on the AC, it did not give any cooling. When I contacted customer care, the technicians visited and they checked that the gas had leaked. They checked the indoor and outdoor unit and even filled it with nitrogen gas to check for leakage. But as there was no leakage, they put new gas went away. Later, again the gas got leaked in three days. After that, today, again after raising the complaint, a specialist technician came and he saw that the cooling coil of the AC was damaged and the gas was leaking from that part. Earlier, all the technicians kept blaming our internal pipes at home for the leaks.

Over all products is good except its remote.. Remote screen is too small..so it is very difficult to see displyed options in screen.. especially for older peoples...
